General Description:

The Analyst role is highly analytical focusing on collecting, preparing, analyzing, and maintaining comprehensive reports that help maximize the value of our properties. The Analyst directly reports to one or more associates or asset managers who are responsible for all aspects of management from revenue management through expense control. Through regular property performance reviews the Analyst will get immediate exposure to both the President and CEO of JRK. The Analyst is typically a 1-2-year position before being promoted to an asset manager.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· College graduate preferred (all fields of study welcomed, STEM majors a plus)

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills including knowledge of VBA a plus

· Passionate about hospitality and travel

· Highest levels of honesty, integrity and ethics
